Single-flange vibration motor has two forms, they are upper flange and medium flange. There exists some differences in the application, the upper flange has big knockout press, it is also used in the filter vibration screening, in other words it is a vibration motor for screening liquids. The medium flange has a big exciting force and often used for screening the powdered materials. The single flange makes convenient maintenance and installation of vertical vibration motor, and it can mitigate the weight of machine,reduce the overall size, simplified the structure of the host, reduce the cost, that can make the machine handles a large amount of materials. The exciting force can be adjusted easily in a certain range, meet the needs of various operations.
